Wedding Day & Event Childcare

To invite children or not to invite! That is often the question for many a bride and groom planning their wedding or Event organiser planning a party. We all know children can be unruly, tire easily or get bored and this can leave parents fretting about whether to even take children to the wedding or event, or to leave them at home.

By offering a childcare service this will remove that worry as care will be there as you or the parents need it enabling you and your guests to enjoy the day, whilst still having the children around to share the moment.

Most venues will have some kind of child friendly space available where the children can be entertained by our childcarers with imaginative play and party games, quiet time and stories. It is often the case that the babysitter will blend into the surroundings being on hand to take over as required. In the evening the childcarer can stay in the room with the children, allowing them time to play, or keep to a regular sleeptime.

We would advise that a few of the children’s favourite books or toys are brought along, together with sleeping bags or cushions to create a familiar calming setting. Craft supplies and music for the children can be supplied if required.

Care can be provided during the day or evening, even past midnight if that is what you need. The more notice you can give the better. Care can be provided within the venues of the North East or within the home of the family if the children are not attending the wedding or event.

The number of children and ages in attendance will determine the number of babysitters you will require.
