• Complete registration form with as much detail about the person you are looking for as possible. Include any special requirements/ interests of the children.
• Send completed form to Kids Deserve the Best with your registration fee of £25 - CVs will only be sent to you on receipt of your registration fee.
• Kids Deserve the Best will confirm receipt of your requirements and discuss the details with you to ensure we have a good understanding of your requirements.
• Kids Deserve the Best will then begin searching for suitable candidates which match your requirements. You will be informed of suitable candidates and details (CVs) will be sent to you by post or email for your perusal.
• If you wish to meet any of the candidates (or all of them) Kids Deserve the Best will arrange interviews at your convenience.
• Following interviews, if you are happy with a particular person and you wish to employ that person, you advise Kids Deserve the Best and we will confirm details to both parties.
• If following interviews, you don't find the right person to suit your needs, let us know and we will continue looking until the right candidate is found.
• Once you are agreed on a start date and once your Nanny has commenced employment with you, Kids Deserve the Best will send you a one-off placement fee invoice (according to terms and conditions attached to the registration form below)
• Within the first few weeks, Kids Deserve the Best will contact both you and the Nanny to ensure things are progressing well. We are available to assist you at any time if you have any queries or concerns.
