About Kids Deserve the Best
Kids Deserve the Best is run by Sarah Parkin who has built up a good reputation for providing an excellent quality of service, support throughout and after care advice. As no two families are the same the support is tailor made to each individual family circumstance to ensure the best person is found to suit each families needs.
Sarah is a mum of two children herself and has a caring approach and understanding of childcare aspects from a parent's point of view in addition to a good understanding of things from an employees view point too. Having previously worked in a Nanny Agency, Sarah wanted to provide continuity of support for families and Nannies to ensure they had the best support available to them – nothing is ever too much trouble and always willing to help!

"We were absolutely delighted with the excellent service we received from Sarah. She managed to find us the perfect nanny for our two boys and has guided us through the process with helpful advice all the way through. We had originally intended to use a child minder which was very expensive and impractical. Thanks to Sarah I can now concentrate on looking forward to my new job with my worries about child care completely put to rest.

"I was having some issues with my childminder and finding it very difficult to move my two boys (both at first school) to a different childminder as it was part way through the school year. I found KDTB in a web search and was very hesitant to make contact, as I had never previously considered a nanny. On first contact Sarah really put my mind at ease (I wish I had contacted her earlier!), becasue the boys are at school I wasn't sure she would be able to find a nanny to work the 'odd' hours we needed. Sarah worked really hard to find someone to fit our requirements and we now have a great nanny whom my boys think is fantastic, and from my side really takes the stress out of juggling childcare and work. I can't recommend Sarah at KDTB highly enough! Great service, very friendly and approachable - much more down to earth than my pre-conceived ideas of what a nanny agency would be!"

"I was rather reluctant to get a nanny but Sarah put all me completely at ease. She was marvellous, super efficient and delightful at helping me through the process - which was completely painless. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're struggling over whether to get a nanny or not then don't! It's the best thing we ever did. Don't know how we managed before

"I found Sarah's agency in the yellow pages. I did not expect her to be able to help because I was looking for childcare for only a few hours at a difficult time of day. Sarah was very professional, friendly and helpful and obviously understood the difficulties families face trying to sort out childcare. Within 24 hours she provided me someone who could help and this new nanny started a few weeks ago. This lady has been great. She is friendly, reliable and the kids like her very much. I would definately recommend Kids Deserve The Best!

"I've known Sarah for several years now. I have never before worked with someone who actually cares about their job and no job is too small for her, Sarah dedicates her time to really go the extra mile. When I first met Sarah I was an inexperienced nanny, through her help and support I am now going through the OFSTED process and have gained invaluable experience from her. Anyone whether they be a family or a nanny are all treat in the same professional manner. A fantastic agency all round!
Sarah is genuine, patient and extremely helpful. Such a caring and wonderful person, I will continue to work with her in the future for a very long time to come!"

"I am a nanny and have been using KIDSDESERVETHEBEST for 5 years now. They have been nothing but professional. I have had 3 jobs through them. They go out of their way to help you and, do everything they can to help find you a job which is right for you. You can ring anytime, they will get back to you as soon as possible if they are not available, even if its out of hours they are always there for you. I find that I can ring them if something is bothering me in the job, I can not stress enough how helpful they are. I will hope to be using KIDSDESERVETHEBEST for a very long time. "Found this nanny agency on line by accident and twice now have had to call Sarah the manager for urgent help. Sarah provides a very professional and personal service and has managed to successfully find me two excellent nannies. I would recommend this service for anyone requiring childcare in the Newcastle/Gateshead/Northumberland area.

"Fantastic, immediate, friendly and helpful advise about how to go about finding and employing a nanny. What was even more fantastic was that I had already found a nanny and needed help from there, so Sarah wasn't going to profit in any way from the time she took to talk to me and the information she sent. I would look forward to contacting her again, and would be hugely reassured that any help she gave me would be first class.
